Well, I am one myself so I would say, "How did you get my e-mail address?" And if he didn't reply in the next week I would block him. Same with a woman too.

How would you get their work email address in the first place? If you like the girl enough and she gave you her email address at work then it's ok. It's not ok if she didn't give it to you. That's like stalking almost.

I would tell you not to ever do that again.! Why? Because, these days, employers have ways of checking to see what you are doing while on line, and it is not a place to mix business with personal life stuff.
