I would see no point, that's like the most degrading thing ever. He'd have the worst self esteem if his girl left after he got his butt kicked. Girl's aren't objects she couldn't "belong" to the victor.

First of all, girls BELONG to no one. Second, it would have to be the girls' choice of whether or not to dump her old boyfriend for the guy that beat him up. Third, if a girls' boyfriend got beat up by another guy it just means that he got beat up. It doesn't mean he can't protect his girlfriend. Finally, for me it depends more on the circumstances, not his fighting skills.

I don't choose a guy based on a fight, or who can protect me more.. That's just low. Other stuff matter more, like personality (Most of all) and maybe looks.
