In New York City, which is the neighborhood I live in, interracial couples are very common to a point where the ethnicity difference doesn't even occur to the people here. I understand that you're not trying to be prejudiced, but be careful if you're ever visiting another state with that perspective. Some people can take your question very offensively.

I think you should try to be more worldly on those topics. Interracial relationship is a very delicate and sensitive topic, so it's very easy to come off as a prejudiced guy by even discussing it. Remember the world is not New England; the world is Asia, Europe, Africa, America, etc, etc. Open your eyes, honey.

P.S. I agree with one of the answerers above: Let love be!!!

Why shoud race make a difference? If two people care for each other, what people think doesn't matter. And by the way, where I live I see this quite a bit.

i am from Boston, Massachusetts and now live in Florida and surprised at what you said yet i am not surprised. i been married and dated many Americans and never again. but have been dating a girl from china and what a great and pleasant change from American women. the Asians i have met have great traditional values and personality's and i have yet to worry about a druggie or a drunk or drama.
