if a guy said he will call later this week, should i even try to call/text him?

I met this guy online and we've been talking for a few days and seems like we are both interested in each other. My friend kept telling me not to be too easy. I sent him a text today asking him how is he doing and he called me back. He said he'll call me later this week to confirm the time we're going to meet on friday. I wish i could talk to him more. Should i just wait for him to call?

WAIT FOR HIM TO CALL. He said he'd do something and wait for him to do it. If you are calling him that will portray to him that you are anxious. That could scare him off, but more importantly it gives off the desperate image.



This happens to me a lot with girls. They say they will call and they don't. You have to forget them. He knows who you are. He knows your number. Forget him if he doesn't call. Don't sell yourself short and give into temptation. Make him want you. Make him think to himself I want to talk to her. But at the same time don't invest everything into him. Act like you could care less what he does. He should be happy to spend time with you. Not vice versa

SCARY!! i'm really kind of skeptical about online dating and then meeting someone you really don't know except what they have told you about themselves. but anyway, this is a guy thing. if he says he'll call later this week then he'll probably call you on the day that you are supposed to meet and more than likely a couple of hours before. don't let your guard down and ask tons of questions to see if he gives you the same answer. any deception or uneasiness? tell him to take you home and kick rocks!

Wait for him to call. Don't want to sounds too clingy. Major turn off for guys. You can always talk to him online.
