This is what you call statutory rape. Its funny how these women on here is so quick to shout rape and twist things around. This is clearly not rape since it was consensual. This girl is only playing the victim because she don't want her reputation. I can tell you now NO rape victim will keep sleeping with the same person like she is. That is complete bullcrap. Her parents failed big time since no true parent would let there 14-Year-Old drink and let along be out partying at such a young age with boys. The guys is also stupid since they should of known better. But other than that its a difference between rape and statutory rape my friend. Here go the definitions:

noun, verb, raped

–noun

1.

the unlawful compelling of a woman through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse.

2.

any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person. :

Statutory rape:

–noun U.S. Law .

sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of consent, which age varies in different states.

You need to tell her parents what she did. She is not a victim. She is a irresponsible teenager. The parents of the boys parents should be notified either. They are teens also and not grown. So to the idiots below me they have no clue what they talking about.

First of all, it can NEVER be consensual because she is 14 years old. Not only did they force themselves upon her, but it is also illegal for a 17 year old to have sex with a 14 year old. YOU MUST REPORT THEM!!! She is considered a child and you must tell an adult immediately, she is a victim here. Even though she "accepts", she is under age. RAPE IS RAPE. Don't be a bystander! and if you dont do it, then give me the names and i will! Please do what is right! Either talk to your councelor about this, or the school administration, or your parents. You must tell an adult who will do sth about this!

EDIT: they have committed a CRIME. would you not go to the police if someone was murdered? So do the right thing...and the person who gave me a thumbs down is low. Is yahoo answers more important than a 14 year old's life????? People today are so disgusting...letting innocent people become victims

First off if she is 14 year old she was raped. Period. Legally she is not capable of having consenual sex. If the boys who had sex with her are three or more years older than her than they can be charged with statutory raped and be registered as sex offenders even if she had given consent. The consent of a 14 year old means nothing.

Now addressing your question, many women get raped by men that they have had consensual sex with. The is such a thing as marital rape. It is not uncommon fo rthese women to continue to have consenual sex with their abusers. Considering how young and vulnerable she is and the fact that she lost her virginity to him it makes even more sense that she would stick with him. He was her first so she wants it to be meaningful. She doesn't want to feel like a slut. She prolly feels dirty and used because of the rape and she is deriving comfort from pretending that she is in a healthy relationship. By consenting to sex with this guy she is trying to control the situation. Maybe she is afraid of being raped again so she thinks if she keeps him satisfied he won't rape her again. We can only guess at her motives.

The most important thing is for you to support her and believe her. Don't doubt her just be there for her. Encourage her to go to the police and press charges. Encourage her to talk to her parents. She may need therapy to deal with trauma. If she's 14 and sexually active I doubt her parents know about it. It's therefore not very likely that she is on the pill and she probably isn't using condoms. Being only 14 she may not even have had sex ed yet. Eduacate her about the risks and dangers. Make sure she talks to her parents and gets help. Many rape victims commit suicide if they don't have a strong support system.

no longer rape: individual knowingly, willingly, and asked for the medicine understanding that it would desire to steer them to do issues they should no longer have carried out sober. actually rape: individual unknowingly, unwillingly, and did no longer ask for the medicine that would lead them to do issues they should no longer have carried out sober. And maximum actually if the medicine rendered them subconscious(which you probably did state previously you observed as the "poisoning" no longer rape) and that they did no longer have the prospect to consent or no longer consent. >>probable rape: sufferer is **no longer unsleeping** (would be rape if the sufferer says it incredibly is while they awaken.) no longer rape, yet nonetheless against the regulation: The sufferer replaced into unwittingly placed under the impact of medicine previously consenting. i think of of this as poisoning, that's a extreme crime, yet isn't rape.<<

It's not consensual if she's 14
