I dont really wanna say "hey your beautiful", i wanna say it in a dif way that makes me not look like a poof

Just go up to her and be like, hey can I tell you something?

Then depending on if you're .. hold her waste and tell her that she is beautiful. Or if you aren't , give her a hug and wisper in her ear. =]

walk up to her, and whisper in her ear what u really think of her. but be sure u know her well enough to do that, or else u'll come off as a creepy guy.

Say something like 'a woman of style lights up a room' at a time when you can imply that she has style without actually saying 'I like your style'. (Come to think of it, 'I like your style' isn't too bad either.)
