well, if you really like her...I don't think I would ask her out...have you heard the term "rebound"...? well that would be you. I think you would want to give some time to that one, a month or two and then express and interest of coffee or a drink sometime.

Simply ask her out and when she says she has a boyfriend, just say "Dump him" or "I don't care." You will get an instant reaction (whether its good or bad, who can say??)
