Anyone please, please answer this question - I'm desperate?

i really would like your input. :)

i have *HUGE* self-esteem issues because of my hair. i never let it down.I don't think a guy is ever going to like me because i have very curly hair that's dark brown/black. My hair is VERY voluminous. I don't have a pic of myself, so i googled and came across someone's whose hair is similar to mine - but mine is probably a bit darker, coarser, and has more body! btw, i've never wanted straight hair!

what do you guys think? are guys really turned off by dark curly hair? it always seems like the guys like straighter hair for whatever reason.

There's somebody for everybody. If a guy doesn't like you b-coz of your hair, forgettabouthim. Too shallow, or just not into your type. Don't worry about it. Move on.



More important is that self-confidence is one of the most attractive qualities! If you have to, fake it till you make it. Trust me it'll work.

No, you're wrong. Men love curly, straight, wavy, even bald women, lol. Most men notice the eyes, smile and, of course, body more than anything.



As for your curls, you show them off. That poker straight hair is boring and it's out of style. Wavy and curly hair is in---just look at the Victoria Secret models. Curls are your signature, so you quit being self conscious. They're beautiful, wild and sexy. If I were you, I would make my hair real big and let it flow.

I'm not a guy, but I two friends with hair like that. One of them had slow danced with three guys and has a new boyfriend, and the other has had three boyfriends this year. Trust me, the hair isn't a problem. And I understand your self-esteem issues too...I have a really bad self-esteem as well. But I'm sure you'll have tons of guys in your life. Good luck!

If your hair is very like that in the pic,,,I think it is beautiful. You should forget about your hair and concentrate on things that you really like about yourself. I don't think the hair will have anything to do with a guy liking you or not. If that is the only thing you have to worry about. You need to put it behind you ...

I think that you should have confidence and just be yourself. Guys love girls who are confident and who have a good personality. There is also nothing wrong with wearing your hair up if thats what you want to do, but there is nothing wrong with wearing your down evey once in a while. If it really bothers you then you could go to a hairdresser and ask them for ideas. They will be more than happy to help.

I have a friend with hair that is exactly like yours....She's getting married this Friday. So, obviously, there are guys out there who like it dark and curly, you just must not have found the right one yet.

I think your hair is wonderful. For me I do think you would have a guy no matter how you think you look. So let it down for acouple of times and just have a good time with your friends and that guy that would love you no matter what! I really like your hair.

i don't think tht u should worry bout ur hair my hair is almost exactaly lik yours tons of guys like me i don't think that guys are turned off a lot of guys like curly hair too u can email me and i could give you some styling tips hope that this helps

I like it. I don't think guys will be "turned off" by your hair. from this picture it is really pretty. And a guy will like you for who you are, don't change, there is someone out there who will love your hair like it is.

personally, I get turned off major by dark curly coarse hair! gosh deep condition it or something, that is not normal!

why don't you condition it and get a trim. you know make it look nice. you don't have to change who you are but you can take care of it.
