Why don't a lot of black athletes date black women?

i was just watching Chad "Ocho cinco" Johnson's reality show where he is trying to find love or whatever. Anyways I just noticed that out of the 16 girls he choose to compete for his love, only two of them are black (one of the two is half black half white). Then I thought about how a lot of professional athletes don't date black women for example Kobe Bryant, Reggie Bush, Tiger Woods, and Terrell Owens. I am a black woman and i find that really offensive because yes some black women can be ghetto but there are plenty of beautiful, classy, educated black women out there who deserve a good man and I know that I am one of them. Do y'all agree with what I'm saying and if you do, why do you think a lot of proffesional black athletes or just black men in general don't date black women?

90% of Black pro athletes are with Black wives, (look at ALL of the Black men in sports who aren't well known) its just the more famous ones who are all about their image who are with White women, and the weird thing is that LOTS of Black guys who are with White women, still have kids with Black women, which is disgusting to me. I don't care who anyone dates, but I think some Black guys are gross how they go from girl to girl and put down their own women and many I know are OBSESSED with White people. They dislike White guys and want a White girl to bother White guys. I don't like Black guys.

You were offended that those few athletes you named weren't dating black women? That's silly. I'm sure it's just a coincidence. And I'm sure they don't go around saying, "I want to date a white woman cause all black women are ghetto." They may have dated a lot of black women in the past, you just wouldn't know about it because they weren't famous yet. As you said, you are a beautiful and classy individual. You should have no problems finding someone to respect that and love that about you one day. But you also shouldn't care so much about their race...



Wow. I am sort of disgusted by how much everybody is generalizing people by the color of their skin. "White women are stuck up" and "black girls talk too much" and "white women will do whatever they're told." Grow the hell up. Not every person is the same. Your logic is... twisted.

Look around its not just athletes that date white women its most black guys. I don't know why and i think most women are attracted to black guys as well. Unless its a ecotic thing. To be honest though I am a white guy who likes black women. Some black women are getto but i find MOST black men to be getto. I perfer black women over white because they are more laid back and more curvy and have less expectations and are honest and not materistic. I find white women to be stuck up, skinny and materialistic. Its just too bad that most black women will not go for a white guy as many as white women will go for a black man; makes things uneven and unfair.

Yes ma'am, I agree with what you're saying. There are plenty of great looking black women, as well as white. I really dislike how a lot of people have certain racial preferences when looking for a girlfriend. After all, it should be based on what's on the inside, that's what counts the most!

Black men often date white women instead of black women because black women are very strong & will not take any crap from a man & she's gonna be the one in charge. But black guys like to be the same way, so black women & black men but heads. It's just easier for them to find a white chick who will do what they say lol.
