So I want this guy to like me. What do I do? When I say 'starting from scratch' I mean that we are just friends, nothing else.

Be yourself and hope that it's the kind of person he's looking for. Turn up the flirt! Be a little touchy when you talk. Push his shoulder, play with his hair, nudge him. Simple stuff so he gets it and hopefully reciprocates. Good luck!!

tell him how you feel tell him you want to be more than friends ask him if he would like to be a couple better off asking than holding back before its to late ask him dont be afriad.let him know your true feeling .does he talk about you to his friends.maybe he feels the same way.see if he wants to be more than friends.
