okay, I am in 7th grade and I have a crush on a 9th grader his name is Austin and I have a major crush on him, he is really hot! I have never liked a guy this much.I am very attracted to him. He wears skinny jeans,he dyed his hair black,paints his finger nails black,wears eyeliner,wears studded belts,wears insane clown posse shirts,and cool shoes. My friend asked around and alot of people told her that he screws girls and dumps them,I have seen him smoke and I have seen him make out with girls that he is not even dating then 2 seconds later makeout with other girls. I really like him!But i dont like the fact that he screws girls then leaves them. Should I ask him out? Do you think he would be a good boyfriend for me?

Remember when Gwen Stefani sang, "Why do the good girls always want the bad boys??? Kinda always knew I'd end up another ex-girlfriend..." This is a prime example. That guy does what he does to girls because he can. You are just another willing girl who he would use, but the difference is that you may get more hurt than others might. The reason I say this is because you actually put some thought into your questions about him. The girls that make out with him left and right are facing a future of emptiness. They are not the kind of girls who think like you do. When you say you like him.. you probably really mean that you like his style. You don't like the fact that he screws girls and leaves them? Um, no, not a good boyfriend. Girls need to give up on the idea that they can "change" a boy or that they will be "the one" that he will change for. Yes, it happens, but rarely.



It's OK to have a crush on a boy and think he's hot without deluding yourself into believing it will actually happen. Think of how awful you would feel if he treated you that way! You don't want to be another dumb girl that falls for his tricks.
