First of all convince yourself that you are self sufficient and supreme and above all and you dont need a girlfriend or anybody else. Then introduce yourself to the girl you like most. Hi, I m.....Start talking to her. You need to have patience. Plan secretly to (accidently) meet her at parties/hang out with her in the common friend circle. Give her a good time as you would give a close buddy of yours by helping/making her smile whatever.....come closer, ask her out for a date/ballroom dance/short trip to tourist place etc.......when the time is ripe to give her a rose..........you will come to know. Remeber the key words for success in these matters..............Courage and Patience.

To summarize, if it's really that important to you then you need to spend a lot of time to try and achieve it.
