If shes a good ol'country girl, maybe matching necklace and belt buckle with horse image, that would blow her away! Show her you take interest in what she likes most of all, attention getter.

You don't really have to get her something related to horses. She probably gets stuff like that all the time! You should get her jewelry. It's more romantic. It doesn't have to be SUPER expensive either. Just whatever you can afford.
