Do girls like notes from their crush.?

I am thinking of passing a note to this girl I like.. I know she is interested in me. We both doesn't know each other just a random student in school , we often glance at each other when she saw me.. Should I pass her an note and tell her my feelings? Since passing her a note is my last resort to anything for approaching my crush..

Note: Totally din't know each other just met by glancing each other a few times..and I saw her smoking ..and I don't .?
Btw I am 19 she's 18

Don't pass notes per say. Get her number of her or a friend and pop love texts to her, when u have her smitten send her a text revealing your identity or talk to her

sure pass notes but start out easy... like ask her something relevant then slowly start with a good preamble of your thought for her and see what if she replies negative or positive
