who should make the first move? guys or gals? should i or should i not?
rephrasing the qns-
is it better to love someone who loves you OR
loving someone who doesnt love you?

from my own experience... it is rare for a girl to make the first moves... but it is nice to see it happen. I say if you want something go after it. If you want to meet a girl, go up to her. Have confidence. Woman can see that and if interested at all, they will usually respond.

this is a bit of a rediculas question... i'm sorry but who wants to love something that doesnt care enough to love you back. if that is the case move on and find someone to love you back.

The guy usually does the first move, although this does depend on the personalities of the individuals involved.
