how do you know if the guy you like, likes you back and it is not playing games with you!?

i am starting to like this guy at my work but im not sure if he likes me back. usually he always flirts with me, telling me how cute or attractive i am. whenever we look at each other we both smile and i caught him many times looking at me but yesterday i wanted to say hi to him but he acted like i wasnt even their he ignored me when he was with this girl, maybe he didnt see me or whatever.he acted completey different yesteday. iwas shocked and sad. i thought he likes me. his so confusing. but i will try to talk him again at work this weekend but i will ask him indirectly, kinda test him, like say (so how many girls you think are attractive and cute here, im sure im not the only one in your eyes) something like this) idont need guys playing games with my feelings like that. so please help me out and let me know what yall think!!!!!

It's not that he's playing games, it's just that he figures your not interested. He's already led you on about liking you, and you really don't talk to him, just kind of smile right? Well, what you should do, is instead of already showing a sign of jelousy by asking him that, (trust me that will drive him away which is opposite of what you want) just tell him straight up, I like you, do you like me. If he says yes well then have a blast with him, just remember right now you are NOT with him, so if you get jelous now, then he's gonna know how your gonna be as a girlfriend and not wanna be with you! hope this helps! :-D

It sounds to me like he likes you, but is in a relationship with someone else. You just have to talk to him, and ask him to be truthful about his actual status right now. Chances are, if he acted like he didn't see you yesterday while he was with her, she's probably his steady, and he doesn't want her to think he likes someone else.

first don't date anyone from work, it's not worth it. myabe he didn't see you, maybe he's already dating someone, or maybe he likes to flirt but doesn't want a relationship. from over here it doesn't look good. run the other way!!!!!

i think he just playing a game..maybe he take it as a joke but you take it serious..how about if you ask him..what he try to do??we easy to fall in love with someone but that's not mean that guy also fall in love with us..so think about it!!

sounds to me like hes a player.... if he likes you, and he was with another girl and ignored you, well he wouldnt of done that. looks to me like he wants to get in your bed
