Why do girls like assholes?

I'm a senior in high school and about to graduate. I used to be the nice guy and girls liked me just as a friend. But this year i just stopped caring and sorta became an asshole and now i have to beat them off with a stick. I just don't understand it. I dont want to be like that, but if I'm not nothing good comes out of it.
This also happend for a couple friends of mine.
So why don't girls like being treated nicely?

There are a few things you need to realize first before tackling the whole why do the majority of women like assholes question.



1. Really awesome and cool people (both boys and girls) are uncommon and even rare by definition.



2. Whatever you find in abundance, lots of girls who like assholes for example, must not be that awesome or cool.



Now for why so many girls like assholes...

The same reason so many guys like women who they can protect, guide, order around, and more often than not abuse. Guys like that need to have their egos fed, and having a girl to protect and possess is what feeds their egos. Girls often need to have their egos fed too, but they are taught to express their egos not thru domination, but thru submission. When a girl meets nice guy, he's just a nice guy, she had nothing to do with it as far as she can tell. She didn't MAKE HIM into a nice guy. But when a girl meets an asshole, an asshole who is interested in her, she starts feeling like she has power over him, that she can MAKE HIM be nice to her, and that feeds her ego and makes her feel affirmed and top of the world.



Most people are like that, which is why MOST people are not awesome and cool, they are just self-absorbed.

Because assholes are funny and they make us chickidees laugh. BUT you don't have to be an asshole to be funny or to get a ladies attention. Some girls just like the wannabe rebels

I'm nice/good to girls all the time, I may treat some of them like crap for a day or two, but they get over it. Some girls will take w/e personality you give them "if you have a pretty face" lol it's true. It depends on the girl and the guy.



I know this girl who dumped me to date a guy that hits her and calls her names, and she seems to like it. I don't understand, but I'm not changing like that, because majority of girls I know don't like it. Maybe she thinks he can give rough sex? =]

Only immature girls can like "bad" boys or assholes...

Some girls find them more interesting cause they play hard to get and they aren't always available if a girl needs help or wants to talk or something lol thats so lame..

Everybody is different,but i want my guy to respect me..

Just be yourself and you'll find someone who will like you for who you are....Someone much better than those shallow girls.

Personally I like guys who are quiet and kinda shy and not always trying to be the center of attention..

Listen, all women want to be respected.



It's just that ***-holes have an edge to them. Those kind of guys are unpredictable and are a challenge.



When while, nice guys can be boring. Women can always count on nice guys to do nothing daring or surprising or tease them or make fun of them.

Perhaps they like the "bad boy" type, er whatever? Like, the careless, casual kind of guy who they know could hurt them but they can't resist. It's kind of sickening.

a lot of girls don't. they just don't have a choice. sometime girls are just attracted to guys that are jerks, and they can't help it. please stop being an asshole now. you will find a girl that likes you for you, and likes you better when you're not being mean. also, if you don't like acting like that, then don't. things will just get worse. good luck, and i hope things turn out well.

look girls like to be able to be that girl that can change him ha there dumb.. dont change and act like an asshole... but be confident and dont be a pussy... trust me there are girls out there that like good guys... and those are the girls that you want.... the girls that like assholes first off arent worth your time.. they have a million insecurities... just be yourself man just show confidence, strength and just dont let her think she can walk all over you.. but still be a good guy its not that hard...
