Is it OK that a hug and kiss from cute young neighbor gave me some wood?

I own a carpet and floor care company. I work alone. I have a small office in a run down building where I do rug washing too. Typical day I wash 2-3 rugs in the office. Most calls I handle on my cell phone. This time of year, business is moderate. September-December as well as March-May are really busy.
I was home today so I could get a FedEx package for a part and I was outside cleaning up my van. There is a young woman, 22, very cute, 1/2 black, 1/2 white, why are mixed race women so darn beautiful most of the time? She graduated from community college a year ago. I've known her since she was 17 when they moved here. I know her parents. They live 2 doors away. She's been having a rough time finding a real job, that's the economy, plus you just can't do much with an AAS in communications.
She comes over to chat. I try to keep positive and encouraging, sooner or later she will find work. I also tell her about my normally busy September-December. I probably will hire someone just for those months, probably OT working 6 hours on Saturday and 9-5 weekdays. I told her if she wanted it, after Labor Day, she could have the job. She can handle answering the phone. She probably could wash all but the largest rugs too, they are beastly heavy when wet.
Upon telling her this, she gives me a huge hug and kiss. I like her, she is a good kid. I'm a bit older than her parents. I don't think of her any other way than the nice kid next door. I got wood when she hugged me. She hugged me for a good minute or two. She wasn't wearing much. She knew I was getting hard. She wouldn't let go. She giggled and hugged me closer, saying she wouldn't tell anyone.
Is this going to be a problem? I have no feelings for her that way. When a young, good looking, half dressed female presses her nice body against a male, it is normal to get a reaction out of him, isn't it? She is just a young, harmless tease and as far as I'm concerned, its over. Or is it? I couldn't help it, my body reacted, that's all. Am I some old 47 year old perv now?

I am 47 also and I know that would embarrassing,But that is not uncommon and she must be use to it or was trying to see if she could do it to you just tease you.

Obviously being able to "raise" an interest in a 47 year old gives her a buzz.



If you take her on for work, you may have to set ground rules just in case.

Probably not going to be a problem since it is a normal physical reaction - unless she decides to someday tell someone and twists the facts around for fun. Of course it would cause a problem with her family but nothing legally problematic. You may be a lot older but she is 22 and that is perfectly legal.
