is it weird is i wish an old friend you haven't seen since January a happy birthday?

Like i haven't seen her since January and her birthday is in 2 days i never forgot her birthday for some reason. We only knew each other for like 4 months when school started last year but she left on January to another school. So will she think I'm weird if i come out of nowhere and wish her a happy birthday? When she moved we used to text but it's slowly died and stop talking entirely. I just don't want to seem weird if i text her a happy birthday text.

I think it would be nice to text her and wish her a happy bday. It is always nice to get a text from someone that you haven't seen in a while.

She'll probably receive a lot of happy birthday messages that she wouldn't give much thought of when was the last time she talked with each of the people who sent her a greeting.
