How do you get over a guy you truly love?

I truly love this guy but he broke up with me because he had a breakdown... I can't get over him and it's just hurting worse and worse. It's making me wish for death. I can't take it much longer. I need to get over him. No matter how mean he was to me I still love him.

theres nothing i can tell u tat will really help.. only time can mend the cracks of a broken heart.. all i can say is there will b someone else.. better n tat will truely love u.. it may feel like the end of the world but its not... the painn u feel will go away n someday u will love again
