HELP!!!!! how can i get my body to slim down like this? [pics included] *not my body, just another picture*?

i want my body to be like the models type. here are pictures of how my body is now and how i want it to be at least by OCT.31st. i want it to have that nice, smooth, healthy model look. i eat salads everyday i drink water, i dance alot.

i want to feel comfortable to be able to wear a swim-suit with out being afraid to show my body. i want to have that slim sexy look. i also want to try and impress this guy that likes me at my school. and also want to try and impress bill kaulitz if i ever get to meet him, since he said he wants someone who has nice curves.

To me, your body is quite okay.

But you have to tone up your stomach.

Try doing some abdominal exercises like crunches.

Good luck in getting that ideal body.

But you need to like yourself as is. Anything you get done to yourself artificially will not make you feel any better. Don't compare yourself to celebrities or models...those pics are air-brushed. In reality, they look like everyone else. You can impress a guy with your personality and self confidence....looks come and go. Work out in a healthy way, no diets, drink plenty of water and eat in a healthy way, cut the junk food. Moderation is key.



As long as you have a poor self image, any diet or workout or advice you take won't mean anything and you will not like the way you look not matter how "slim sexy" you want to look.

Building the body that you want is not science, it's discipline.start lifting light weights. 3 sets of 20 reps. lots of ab work, crunches are great leg lifts fo the lower abdomen. Diet is everyone struggle. Lots of salads with small amounts of dressing and non fat meat~grilled or baked chicken. Cut out ALL bread, cereal ect. Avoid stress. I think that you look great. Smile and believe in yourself. That goes along way with guys.

Eat philkchter twigs boiled in distille water.

Drink the fliud once a day for two weeks and your belly will definitely flatten and tone up.

Its called working out.



You may loss a few pounds by eating this or drinking that.



You will not burn fat or build tone without working your fanny off
