How to propose this girl to be my gf?

its my first time proposing someone,i have never been in any relationship before.this girl is in my class and we also share same cab to go and return from school.we both are 17.she was in a relationship before but got broke-up.i love her alot since the last one year but never told her...she may have an idea that i like her.i will propose her in two or three days so plz help me....what to say to her and how tackle her counters...my heart is beating 10x times faster....plz help me

By "propose this girl to be my gf" I'm assuming you mean ask out (its a little weird to use propose in this sense). If I understand you correctly, just go for it. Hang out with her, wait for a good time, and just take the leap. Don't worry about being fancy or anything, just do what feels right.
