I have a friend, and I just told her that I love her over texting or sms. She replied me with "hmmmm.... hmmmm." What does this tell?

It means she's shocked, and doesn't quite know what to think, maybe even a lil pissed off you told her over text, but she's not throwing it back, you've at the very least intrigued her....and she wants to inspect these feelings.
