Don't feel bad, I'm sure tons of guys are confused as well. I'd suggest kiss her forehead or the top of her head instead of her lips. That's would I'd prefer. But if you want to go all in, just wait for what you think is the right moment and just lean in slowly and touch your lips gently to hers. Let it linger even, just don't go full on make-out session unless she starts.

what about going to go a park?? I think it's great and romance, the girl always like that. If you meet the musician, you should dance with her, make her happy all time. You should go by bike or walk. example: you go to the park with her in the evening, talk with her but not much, let's make her talk with you or debate something at school or somewhere you work. But do not aks her a lot question, she'll think you are doubt, you should make atmosphere very romantic. finally, you hold her hand and say 'I love you' or not, and kiss her.

No offense, but it doesn't sound like you're exactly ready for this kiss yet, if you're posting this question on Yahoo! Answers. To be honest, the first kiss should feel natural, and it shouldn't be scary at all, so perhaps wait a little while before you do kiss her.
Kiss her when you two feel ready, don't feel like you have to be pressured in doing so. Just a peck on the cheek should be enough to get you started.
