Stripper Girlfriend part 1 of 4?

In my life I have known quite a few strippers, but I have never had girlfriend who is a stripper. And having lived the horrors vicariously for years I never thought it would be this hard. I guess it’s just totally different when it’s your girlfriend. To make it even worse I think I really like her…

I know why she does it. She has no college degree and no real work experience other than the random restaurant gig, and she makes upwards of $100/hr when she works. She won’t accept any money from me, which I have offered, and there’s no other (easy) way she can pay the bills other than working 60+ hrs at minimum wage selling fads to teens at the mall and working for a bi-polar immature manager named Chad, which I can’t really see her doing. Sorry for the sarcasm, but if you knew her you would know that she doesn’t fit the type to survive the service industry.

One of my friends was a stripper for 20 years. She made great money, was not a prostitute I might add, and was able to pay for all 3 of her kids to go to college (never got a dime in child support from her low-life ex-husband who abandoned them). Some are just regular people trying to make a life. Some (increasingly more than average) get into all the 'extra's', but she said they tend to burn out fast.

you can either accept the fact and try to move on. maybe just knowing that those guys aren't the ones that are dating her, and that you are. they will never get to know a single thing about her true personality, and that is probably what shines the most to you about her. bodies are just physical..



or you could maybe try to spark interest in her trying to go back to school. or trying to get her a job that they may pay for her schooling... or i'm not sure of her life situation though but there are some ideas.
