What does it mean when women play with their hair when talking to you?

Ive known this girl i work with at walmart for about 6 years now but she has a kid and a boyfriend but shes not married but were friends and we talk at work sometimes but when we were talking the other nite about the area i use to work she said she missed me because i was a good worker with her and at the same time she was playing with her hair and running her fingers thru her hair. People tell me women are flirting when they do this. Is this true? im wondering because she has a boyfriend.

3. bored

4. distracted
