"FDR" is Franklin D. Roosevelt. He was a President of the United States and had some disease....not sure if it was polio.....but he eventually lost the use of his legs. Hence....your excuses are as lame (unuseful) as FDR's legs.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt, he had polio, and not as a child. He concepted polio while he was swimming with his kids... and then was not able to walk for the rest of his life... and causing him the be 'lame' 'disabled' 'gimp' or however you would say it. -elphie-
