So, I was walking alone with a $20 in my hand cause I was going to buy something. The streets were really dark and run down, and this woman gets out of a car with lots of make-up and lipstick and getting dressed.(There was also another man getting dressed in the car) She saw my $20 and just reached her hand down my pants and said, "Wanna have a good time?" What does this mean?
