Most people who try to have children and are often at it for atleast 6 months if not a year. Sometimes, birth control can affect your period even after stopping the birth control. His possible low sperm count has nothing to do with your period. Your missed period could easily be attributed to stress. If you're that worried about it however I would contact your physician and ask them about it.
