Not to worry. At your age you will get a second chance a little while later.

Even at 43 my husband was able to perform 8 or 12 times in one day. so just don't even worry.

There is a technique where you squeeze the head to last longer...go to the library and get a book. I've never tried this.

It does not have to be serious or about performance. anyway.

You have nothing to be ashamed of. My fiance was a virgin when we first had sex, and he lasted longer then my 2 other "more experienced" lovers. In fact he was better then both of them. Sometimes experience is not the only important thing. I was his first girlfriend as well, and we were 19. Just wait for the right girl, and when it feels right it will happen. You have nothing to worry about.

At 19 do not be ashamed to be a virgin, believe me you are rare, decent girls like their guys to not have a reputation for sleeping around so stop being embarrassed.

Its all about confidence, a confident guy that has not slept around is one that all girls want to be with whereas a guy that comes across as embarrassed to be a virgin no one wants to know.

I would be confident and if anyone gets to know about you being a virgin say its what you believe in and you are waiting for that special someone, believe me you will have girls flocking around you as they will all want to be "the one".

Good luck and stop worrying, you could also be trying to find a virgin to be with so you share that first time together, I think finding one is going to be a bit of a problem though......

Be proud of who you are not ashamed.

It is very possible and happens all the time. Make sure you wear a condom. It will protect you from an STD. It will keep from getting her pregnant. It will make the sensation less so you have a better chance of lasting longer.

Some guys would masturbate shortly before the "date" to help prevent that.

But as a female, I'll tell you it happens a lot. We can wait an hour for round two, it's usually much better.

Eh. Don't worry.

If the girl really likes you, she won't care.

Believe me, the first time can be nerve racking, but if it's with the right person, you will feel totally comfortable.

Just wait til you find someone you are completely comfortable with.

good luck!

maintain slow breathing.. ask them to slow down, or take the fooling around another direction if you start to think your near climax, there are condoms with de-sensitizing lube.

there's nothing to worry about, just be honest with your girlfriend about your concern so she knows how your feeling and maybe she will be able to help you last longer.

hope this helps you with your question
