Im a college senior, virgin, and never had a gf so i know little of these matters.

Anyway i was coding in the computer lab at school when a female classmate also in the lab walked over to me put her foot on the chair next to mine and asked me if i needed help debugging my code, and helped me find my error.

After that in class i was sitting next to her and accidentally touched her leg i apologized and she responded by smiling and playfully rubbing my leg with hers saying its okay.

Is she flirting with me?

Ya man! If she's putting herself into your "personal bubble" and touching you, she's flirting. Smiling is another great sign!

You should flirt back and see how she reacts. Make sure you don't cross the line, though. Just do something simple.

My biggest advice (especially if you haven't dated much) is to smile often, try to keep eye contact (not too much), and DO NOT GET CLINGY. Find a way to keep yourself busy and have a life of your own; that's very appealing to women.

Good luck!

I think that counts as flirting. Try to see if you can continue that same flirtation next class period and see what happens :)
