Create an opportunity to talk to her and if the talk goes well ask her out for coffee. You need to talk for AT LEAST 10-20 minutes though. Don't bump into her and say hey let's grab a coffee together. Asking her out for a coffee is a way to get to know her more. It's like a practice run for the real thing.

Well, don't ask her out at first because then she will think you only want to go out cause you think she is cute or whatever, which is ok for certain girls, but I would get to know her a bit before you ask her out, maybe learn her name... at least? xD

I would introduce yourself and then have a conversation and ask her if she wants to go see a movie with you or something! Good luck!

Walk up to her and ask her a question . Like hey do you know where fill in the blank is? Say thanks and smile. And then say hey I don't think we've met I'm ___. And just like that you're introduced. The next step is a little tricky . Getting her to realize you're interested. Ask her questions , like oh how long have you worked here? That kinda stuff. And ask her about stuff. If you're running out of time, just say oh crap, I'm sorry I gotta go. But I'd like to talk to you more. What's your number? (Trust me, she'll give it to you) and start texting her later that day. Be cute and flirty, compliment her. Ask her about herself. And then when you go into work the next day, you guys will have bonded. And just keep texting her and eventually just ask in person or over text, I like you, wanna hang out? . If this fails, I'm sorry. If it doesn't, yay!! Good luck buddy
