I am thinking of passing a note to this girl I like.. I know she is interested in me. We both doesn't know each other just a random student in school , we often glance at each other when she saw me.. Should I pass her an note and tell her my feelings? Since passing her a note is my last resort to anything for approaching my crush..

Note: Totally din't know each other just met by glancing each other a few times..and I saw her smoking ..and I don't .?
Btw I am 19 she's 18

Don't Pleased me to talk to her, since giving notes is my last resort for approaching my crush.

Most girls like notes from their crush. Go for it.

Passing notes is sort of grade-school-ish. It may turn her off, try a direct approach. Or even do something stupid like say you saw her drop her pen or pencil and give her one of yours. Then try and start a conversation. Like "Here's your pencil. I saw you drop it and thought it may be important" *smile* "Btw, did you happen to catch [insert one of your favorite shows] last night" or "That's a nice shirt, where did you get it" Start off with a basic conversation and try to get her interested in talking to you. If she really likes the conversation, she may ask you for your number. Or pretend like you have to leave abruptly, and ask her if you can get her number to finish the conversation later on the phone.

If you're OK that the note fall into the wrong hands then go ahead
