Drunk at a house party...nearlly cheated on my boyfriend. Help?

I went to a house party last night and I got drunk for the first time ever (light weight). Bascially I went behind her house and I came onto some guy...my boyfriend who was looking after me was trying to find me. Luckily the guy who I was coming onto pushed me off and reminded me I have a boyfriend.

I feel so guilty about it because I love my boyfriend. But is this my fault or can I blame it on the alcohol. Considering I have never drunk before and didn't know how fast i could get drunk. I'm 18 and my boyfriend is 20.

The best thing is that you feel guilty -- Because you are remorseful about the incident you will probably never cheat.

Also, the person you were coming on to is trustworthy to.

You are the one who was drinking. So you are the only one responsible for your actions. If you have never tried alcohol before you should have drank slower to test the waters of how much you could handle. And you should have just had a couple of wine coolers with your boyfriend at his house or something since you had no idea what kind of effect alcohol would have on you. And house parties are very dangerous. You were lucky someone was there looking out for you. Who knows what would have happened if you had passed out from being so drunk. Don't be that kind of girl you're smarter than that.

Alcohol most of the time makes people horny or hot, just don't worry if it didn't happen and be careful with your drink next time :)
